Frequently asked questions

What level of German do I need?

Generally at least B1 for an Ausbildung (B2 for nursing at many institutions), and B2 to C1 for university. We only apply where your certified level is accepted.

Who translates my diplomas?

A sworn translator. The translations are uploaded to your personal area, where you can view and download them.

How long does it take?

It often takes several months between sign-up and departure: employer responses, diploma recognition and visa appointments each have their own timelines. Your personal area shows you where you stand at all times.

Is a place guaranteed?

Nobody can guarantee a place or a visa: employers, universities and the embassy make the decisions. Our job is to present you with the best possible application file to as many organisations suited to your profile as possible.

Is my data protected?

Your documents are stored privately and are only shared with the organisations you apply to and with the translator.
